The alliance between WTAA and Andari Group is built upon a shared
view that technology should complement rather than replace conventional
learning methods.
At the recent project launch, WTAA’s Damien Farrell spoke
about the potential of computer-based learning adding value to traditional
training. “Knowledge transfer can be streamlined”, he
said, “resulting in substantial cost savings.”
The project will involve the delivery of an assessment survey designed
to capture participant feedback at key milestones throughout training
interventions. A series of training and information modules covering
various themes (including OH&S, employee induction, and workplace
bullying) are rapidly nearing completion.
"We are delighted to be aligning ourselves with the growth
of WTAA and look forward to participating in the burgeoning eLearning
industry" commented Jason Andary - Creative Director of Andari
Group - at the project launch.
The alliance between WTAA and Andari Group also includes the ongoing
development of the WTAA website.
