From July 1st the Australian Government began delivering $5.3 billion in additional funding to support the most significant reform to our health system since the introduction of Medicare. As the true impact of the reform comes to light, it is timely now, more than ever, for health sector organisations to engage in reviewing their own standards, policies and procedures.

The Health Services Leadership Conferences presents a critical opportunity for managers and supervisors to examine their own leadership capacity inline with the broader needs of their workplace, their state and their changing industry. Additionally the 2010 Conferences provide a wide variety of health sector professionals with a platform to discuss the proposed changes for Australian organisations and employees.

The Health Services Leadership Conferences will run in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland
