The 2011 presenting organisations are currently being confirmed through an application / approval system in conjunction with the Conference organiser, WTAA. Research is undertaken into each organisation by the Conference organiser regarding existing industry-based awards and recognition. A variety of sources are used, including:

Conference Report
The National Employer of Choice Conference will include a written case study from each of the award-winning organisations to support their oral presentations. The case studies will be collated into a detailed report by the WTAA and distributed to all attending organisations.
