The National Leadership Summit will provide a critical opportunity to explore contemporary leadership best practice within the Australian tertiary education sector.

With a variety of leadership themes in mind, an outstanding group of senior leaders and leadership experts will address key aspects of good people management in the context of contemporary practice within the sector.

Audience

The Summit audience will comprise a broad cross-section of managers from the Australian tertiary education sector, including teaching professionals, administrative professionals and researchers. Many Australian educational organisations will be represented at the Summit with over 200 participants expected to be in attendance.

The Summit has been developed for a variety of employees ranging from midlevel managers through to established leaders and decision-makers. Summit content will address leadership themes from both a personal and broader organisational perspective, offering participants practical advice in a relevant
contextual setting.

Aspiring leaders and junior managers are also encouraged to attend the Summit. In addition to enhancing the sector’s current leadership capacity, the Summit is fundamentally committed to developing the next generation of leaders.
