The Summit audience will comprise a broad cross-section of managers from the Australian tertiary education sector, including teaching professionals, administrative professionals and researchers. Many Australian educational organisations will be represented at the Summit with over 200 participants expected to be in attendance.
The Summit has been developed for a variety of employees ranging from midlevel managers through to established leaders and decision-makers. Summit content will address leadership themes from both a personal and broader organisational perspective, offering participants practical advice in a relevant
contextual setting.
